I think around the hospital there will be patients that arrive in your ED with either hypertension or they arrive to have their hypertension treated by people that have well meaningly sent them there. What we're seeing in hospital is not necessarily what we see in the community and we don't want to put those patients at risk of falls. We've now got one of the talks from our RSI and intubation course which is now free and open access in that CPD portal so if you want to see what we were jabbering on about on the day then go and take a look at that.
