Fitness coach has to do some type of training to know what's up like. There's a difference between telling ta kid how to squat if you've never squatted, verses if youve squatted. We're always going to be doing some type of lower body or total body movement when we're in the wait room. Doing gludham raise, get them ha trings activated. Posture is important in almost every movement you do. Why go in ani help take away from the traditional p e warm ups of o going out and doing skips and and dynamic running war warm ups? It gives you more variation it gives you more applicability on that day.
