What Are You Doing?
This is, to me, the most basic stress reliever that we can have. The whole point is to just scribble like little kids do. Do as many of those scribbles as you want. And then what i recommend is putting some music on. That's calming music, and do what i call dancing on paper. You're using both hands when you do this. And you're like having a duet with your hands. Just, you know, you're shribbling again. But what are you doing? I start always by drawing my nondom e hand, then i add the dominant hand in later. It sounds lovely.
