Do You Really Need Sports Nutrition Supplements?

Sports nutritionists and personal trainers have a list of maybe four or five things they recommend to most of their clients. There are some things that we know are really helpful for most people most of the time, but that's not necessarily going to be exactly right for you. It's about having a view on how many processed foods you're adding into your diet that have got a health halo. We see it as well in people who've been to alternative medicine practitioners and have been sold a load of supplements directly where the practitioner is getting a backhander from those supplements.
