How to Overcome Glycogen Deficit in a Workout
It's worth thinking about making sure that as you go into the workout, you are kind of replenished with glycogen like, you know, maybe just taking some carbohydrate and hour or two beforehand. I think if somebody is training with a reasonably eye volume, then I think that should be the best way to do it. For that reason, that you can create a deficit and still maintain some level of glycogen. It wouldn't be the same as though, if the fact were present because now you'll rely more of a hydrate for just general fuel. But yeah, it doesn't mean too much too much thought unless you know you're going to be so overreaching.
