Sales organizations make the problem wors, right? Because we're presented with this new complexity of engaging with our buyers. So i think that that kind of connects in to this dual evolution, because it opens the door for a technology solutions on the sale side. I thinking about how am i going to make those buyers more effective in their decision making process rather than just following steps in a check list. It's funny whether you call it a prediction or a recommendation. There's no reason can't.
