The Importance of Outward Focused Content

I like how your content is so outward focused. I think a lot of this like kind of like glow up that girl content can be very intrinsic but yours is very outward focused. What do you find the most common reason people can't stick to habits? It's typically that people try to go zero to 100 and try to change their life overnight. And what I like to read teach people is know that method that way that choice that way didn't work.
