Breath Work

Breathing practice is so deceptively simple that people don't think it's going to do anything until you try it out. It synchronizes the different systems of the body a state of coherence, which is why it's called coherent breething. You can see this if you have a heart rate variability monitor or looking at your blood pressure as well. Start with three second inhals, three second exhals. Then increase the amount of time. The point is to restore yourself and to get balance - what breathing practise does.
