i find that tends to be te the easiest for busy people, you know, working people who can only get to the gim three times per week. And and i think it's like the way i like to have people do hangboard training. It works out really well cause we don't time the rests. If you're timing the rest, you've left the realm of strength training. Strength training is all about initiating intensity.
