Is It Personality Characteristics?

Personality characteristics are an interesting phenomenon becauset. Theyre ar neither good nor bad, they help and hindera both same time. For me, it's having that capacity to negotiate with yourself a to be able to to deal with those things. And what's really interesting is that i think these are skills that you develop overtime. Some of them you observe certain behaviors in people who are in some way roll models, perhaps. Sometimes you just learn what works for you on what doesn't. That was part of what attracted me to performance side of psychology, or the psychology of performance.
