How to Control Your Trunk in All Planes of Movement
So, if I'm going to prep the core for doing some of our trunk work for our change of direction or multi directional movement. There's some, there's some key performance indicators again there just like before back. So being able to control the trunk in really all planes of movement would be one thing that we want to look at here. Okay so here would be an exercise actually from this morning. But again working on sitting or folding but again trying to maintain my trunk position while a force tries to pull me into the opposite and then bring me into that flexion.
