I often think it's kind of bad luck for us that we're born into our own selves, because we're just not very nice to ourselves. I can't count the number of times that I've planned a vacation and thought, well, you know, we'll go for four days or something. And then when the time comes, and I'm needing that time off, I think, what was I doing? Like, like, why did why did historical me do this to me? Yeah. So am I really embracing in it? Am I the embodiment of that concept of being kind to yourself? Yes. Absolutely.
