I say you think about like the classic hey just clean squat bench and then go play your sport and it'll all magically work out like intuitively I think we can both agree that doesn't make sense. It's not specific to the joint angles in many cases that you encounter in sports but even beyond that what are the chances that that's exactly what an individual needs in terms of their movement competencies? That's a really cool way to look at it so so thank you for having me on this morning.
