FSR2's Motion Handling Problems

SR2 was designed originally for PC and it was designed at frame rates being around 60 or higher. When things start moving and or there's transparencies or whatever, that's when the issues start cropping up. But I think the other thing to bear in mind is that FSR two continues to improve. We're still seeing games with FSR one though. And I'm just like, yeah, John, I can only assume at that point they had a very low budget for upscaling.
