The way i think about it is to what's the next thing you need to do today right so you might be coming home and your kids are going to be tackling you. I can then shift dine in my arousal level to a more calm place because i need to know go in and interact with my kids yeahYeah okay, let me see if i'm angry if i'm stressed i can then do a shift and we're gonna get ourselves into that kind of state. You might have to bring your state back up a little bit from this relaxing presenceright? Because you might just want to stay there all day.
