We're always trying to protect ourselves from the fall and in doing that we actually do the opposite. We keep ourselves from making money but we don't want to hit the floor. In entrepreneurship you have to be willing to fail massively right so we talked about the half ass fail let's talk about the massive fail because I think it's an important piece here.
