What you're doing is you're trying to manufacture and make something that is supposed to be a little bit more dynamic, very robotic. And we call it flux training because it's about dealing and absorbing fluctuations. We are designed to flux. We fluctuate where dynamic up and down, right? We have a pulse. Everything has a rhythm, so to speak.
