What Happened to American Food?
Kennon says there are specific, overlooked moments in history that hurt the way west. In 19 24, a law was planned to restrict emigration from countries outside the western hemisphere atala pasabesino. During prohibition, some of the best restaurants were forced to shut down since they couldn't survive without alcohol sales. The culinary stagnation caused by immigration policy ran straight into the great depression. That doesn't help the restaurant trade either.
