And it's our superpower that we have the capacity to observe and recognize thinking. In a moment that you're mindful of thoughts, you're not inside the thought. Think of the thought like a cloud. You're back when you're mindful in the sky that's aware of the cloud. You've become larger. Mindfulness enlarges us. We don't want to eliminate thinking. We just want to have enough mindfulness to notice all thoughts are going on.
