Athletes have probably had a really solid-off season in the gym. And sometimes athletes just fall off a week or two weeks into it. I think from an S&C standpoint, it's important to try and make sure what themes you've established in pre-season, you keep those threads going in season. Finding opportunities to lift heavy, even if that means shortening some range up, but keeping low in there. Lifting heavy, especially with lower limb in a lot of field-based sports. A lot of teams and NRLs far better than most because it's such a heavy part of the game. But AFL and stuff like that, you can quite easily shift in
