If you don't charge your customers, they are not a customer and you don't have a company. Customers paying you money is a great sign that you're providing them real value. You should resist the fear of getting a no because of price instead of figuring out what the price should be. Increasing your price until your customers are complaining, but still paying is the right way to go.
