The first way I will mention is connecting with your breath. And we've talked about meditation here before. They're all different forms of meditation. But when we think about it in terms of simplicity, taking just a few minutes of your day where you focus on nothing but your breath can help to shift the pace of your day and even the pace ofyour nervous system. Along with tuning into our breath, you can also think about slowing down with your eating and drinking.
