William Pimpattrick and Leadership Dynamics

After this conversation, Dan and I became kind of obsessed with William Pimpattrick. He required his employees if they wanted to reach a certain level within Holiday Magic then he required them to do it. Eventually the leadership dynamics got shut down but we are lucky that they got shut down because they got taken to court which means we have depositions. It was like the most extreme expression of these ideas about power and and he didn't have an off button.
