Taking Your Health and Wellness Seriously
I implore anybody out there listening or watching to take their health and wellness seriously. Most of the shit that I do physically is in an effort to enhance my happiness, my mental,. It just is. And then for me, ultimately, I like to have some sort of a mental challenge. My big family goal is ultimately to take 150 days off a year, all focused on my family. That's like my big long term. I want 150days off a year. So this year, the goal is I really want to take two big vacations, two awesome big vacations, six months apart.
