Are You Trying to Appeal to the Masses?
If we think about the market for shoes, these are women who buy six pairs of new balance at a time and then don't go back to zappos for six more years. Then there are these people who waited till the d v d player was 80 bucks at walmark before they bought one. These are fundamentally different groups of people. And this chasm is because these people want something its cool, andthese people want something that works.
