How Much Carbohydrate Do You Need?
The amount of carbohydrate that someone can absorb and then use seems to be very consistent across the board. So it wouldn't make any sense to express this per kilogram body weight, even though, sort of intuitively, you would say, or someone who a larger athlete just needs more. But we've published a paper on this topic that actually the smaller athletes have a little advantage here.
