Are Supplements Doing More Harm Than Good?
supplements are something that working as a nutritionist in this field are not really going anywhere. They come in such a variety of ways now and the doses aren't very well regulated. Often because they might be synthetic, you might need a higher dose of them. And so that's why sometimes you look at the back of the supplement packet and actually it says 100 or 200, 300% more of the R&I when really if you were to be consuming that from food, you wouldn't need quite so much. Gosh, ultimately we know that there's probably more cons than pros but we know we can discuss this. We know they have a place but how do supplements work in the body
