And then what happens as you see strengthenings go up, and eventually the strength transfer becomes muscle. Because you have more muscle, moving in that direction, metalim starts to speed up. And then you start to see body composition change. So the scale doesn't move, but the person becomes leaner as they build muscle. D then eventually they stop building tons muscle, and the fat loss starts to really happen.
