Shifting Gender Dynamics in Security Policy Discussions

This chapter highlights the recent changes made to the lineup of a government security policy forum in Korea, prompted by concerns over gender diversity. Following media attention and the British Ambassador's withdrawal over an all-male panel, organizers successfully incorporated female experts into the discussion, ultimately featuring a diverse group of 27 members.
