The Source of Scope Crawl

The client is not always the problem here, but it is still something that must be dealt with. In some firms you'll find in a lot of firms still, the team cares more about quality than the client does. And so they are on their own, without being asked, adding a lot more effort than the client is paying for and that's another version of scope creep.
