I think that there is a sweet spot, and maybe that's individual for each person. Maybe looking at maintaining strength and muscle mass would have been exceptionally important as well. With that, you do require a certain amount of the amino acids. And I think being subjective about that within disease states as an older person, becomes really difficult to answer.
