The stuff that you're feeling is probably a result of what's going on at the shoulder joint to. And then we also look at like thoracic spine too. So maybe like when I'm doing these exercises, I'm not actually getting as much out of this one side as I am on the other side because I'm rotating away from it subconsciously. But all of this stimulus, it feels good. It's also creating a placebo effect too, which is helpful.
