Is There a Balance Between Perfectionism and OCD?

There's a lot of self compassion work that needs to be done when working with perfectionis on a swell. And we want to take the adaptive qualities of perfectionism out of that and focus on a balance, and focus on the positives. In focusing on taking those positive aspects of your your character, your temperament, im your personality, it's easier for them,. Like tying it to values, y and tying it to the perso they want to be tends to help with that motivation peace.
