I think the most I've ever been annoyed at my result was definitely 70 point three worlds after Kona last year. It just gave me a lot of motivation like normally in the off season I would spend a long time having a great time not training but I kind of wanted to get straight back into training and I'm really on kind of this year. When it's not the result you want you start diving into right how can I be betterHow can I get an extra 1% out of my training do I need to feel better in this way? Do I need to recover better like this?" he said.
