What Does This Mean for Me?
Vulnerability is so often looked at through your lens. I'm like, well, okay, yeah, that bitch. And this is sort of the characteristics or features that we have built up usually during our careers which essentially do hinder rather than help vulnerability. So probably some learnt behaviours that we have reinforced over time that then stop you from being vulnerable in a way that would be useful for yourself and useful for the people. Also, apparently this armor is particularly unhelpful if you're in the midlife, which is sort of 35 to 50. Maybe we could pretend that we're still 30, but we're sort of not.
