Salesforce IQ - What's the Biggest Change?
At Relay IQ, we went for a specific target market. We said, hey, we're going to zero to 100 employees that use Google apps. And that was how they got to this repeatable motion where Salesforce got got so NVS, they ended up just buying them for I think $360 million. Same thing withrelay IQ. That was early market. So very similar type of profile. Then the product was actually starting to hit even more. And so I think we hit this critical massive feature just because it took some time. But essentially, when this rep came in, this third rep, that we essentially start to nail in our persona. It really set us off
