Strength Training for Bone Mass and Bone Density
We lift weights because we are generally more sedentary than we should be. We strength train in this specific way to increase muscle mass and bone density. But if i were to squat down in my everyday life, just to pick something up, i'm not squatting down like i do in the gym. So i think it doesn't need to be one or the other. I think it's deftly a bot thing.
