These people had to feel deeply hurt and understood. And so ther was see no training there in in ative listening and non violent communication, reflecting back and really making people feel like we hear you. We get you. The next thing we needed to do was address the feeling of being stuck in a career. So we brought in, you know, job levels. Rolling out the job levels is a complete kettle of fish. Every body would be like, yet the tob levels look great. I love it. I'm here for it.
