How to Balance Eating Real Food and Using Protein Supplements in Relationship to Performance Goals
CrossFitters need to eat a lot of protein for their growth and performance goals that include some mass building. How do you balance eating real food and using protein supplements in order to meet your nutritional needs? I'm really striving to stick to real non-processed foods for me and my kids. If we can't get it from those animal sources then we might go towards what we can right something else.
