Getting the Most Out of Your Reps
If you're injured on one side, and this has actually been reported in research long before this idea, basically, we get gains in the contralateral limb. Ok, left leg, rear foot elevated, left arm press for three sets. So now you get around that excess local fatigue. That's kind i think that intuitively, that seems like it makes a lot of sense to get the most out of our reps. And again, i don't like to act like things are fact until i've done enough studies and i've done my own research. so this is something hat i'm going to start playing around with.
