When there are tough points in the race they seem to struggle what how would you advise an athlete like that? You've got to train your mind towards more helpful ways of thinking that are going to help performance. If you're feeling really tired think about how is my body feeling do a little body scan of light all the different parts of your body and like how they feel if they're okay then top up on fueling and hydration. And one more scenario if you have an athlete coming to you and they just really struggle with low self confidence they might be a really good athlete but they just can't see themselves that wayWhat advice would you give in that situation?
