Bodybuilding Training

A lot of times they didn't even specify the reps of reserve. The guys who do that kind of bodybuilding training with a junkier fraction of the volume, like all the sets are on average of a worse quality. They're not as close to failure. So I think a maybe a better path is to mostly keep yourself a little bit shy of failure and try to hit a rep or a five pound PR every week on all of your lifts.
