SAS Sales Compensation - How to Get Above 100% of Your Quota
Sales compensation is based on a target quota that's set for you at an annualized basis, but you also have to hit that quota every quarter. So the more you make in bookings, the more cost efficient you as a salesperson are for the company because you're they're only paying the additional commission. Companies will sometimes bake in accelerators. Once you hit 100% of your quota for the goals that you're supposed to reach, every dollar after that is accelerated in terms of your bonus commission.
