Hard Bargaining in Negotiation

A lot of being a good negotiator is just being able to live with the tension and conflict. Most people think of negotiation as this bargaining right the Chester Carris approach to it sort of zero-sum game type approach that's why they get nervous. This is an opportunity to exercise your creativity to work with someone to help you enlarge your share of the pie even as you talk about it. That's right now but you can't discount the kind of hard bargaining tactics because they're gonna show up.
