Is There a Point Where You Can't Scale?

Is there a point where, as a founder, am because, look, your first few hires, you're involved ande tanof the key high it might b ev? Or is there kind of almost a threshold, like on't you get after ten people like th you should have in places. You hire people that know how to hire people. And that takes time. It typically takes me two to three years to train my staff to build to a hire of their own. So typically this is what i do. There's hire available, and i'll tell them, run the ad, set up the interview, and get me the three best people that you want.
