How to Lose Weight in Less Time

The better you get at building muscle, the harder it gets to build more muscle and the less muscle there is left to build. So what was one to two pounds that was coming off easily now becomes 0.9 to 1.8 or whatever the math is there. And it's even harder to lose that smaller amount of weight. It's actually kind of fucking sad. I'm sure you're going to get into that, but I just like I was giggling about it.
