When we call our prospect, they're probably doing something else. Theyare definitely not thinking about us. So i think the experience that i have had in teaching these frameworks is sellers are like, oh, at least we're acknowledging what is. And then m is where you move into the meeting. But it's not the steps themselves, i would say, where the magic happens. It's like the intention that we have when we employ them.
