The first big thing you need to do to getting into fitness or getting back into it if you already is already work with us to set goals. You know, we all have an idealized version of our bodies that's probably not quite the same as what we are currently working with. And there's a type of goal setting called the smart goals. It's kind of related to the specificity, but something you can measure. That was my goal on a semester, which I attained by the way.
