How to Train for Asymmetrical Sports
There's definitely a certain level of postural adaptation that plays into being successful in a sport that's pretty asymmetrical. But how much is too much you know how much is going to be a performance benefit versus how much could increase your injury risk? So, there's definitely a fine line and as you've seen over the last like 10 15 20 years that we've gotten closer and closer to that ceiling. You know, I should say that ceiling. Everything is performance wise has continued to trend upward so we're getting closer to what that kind of like natural threshold would be.
