The F in Linguist Philosophy

Dalgarno comes up with symbols to represent the main sounds of languages. He makes it clear that he's using the F to represent a Viller nasal and sound in general terms. It's not quite so clear that he intends that to be pronounced that way when someone is speaking lingua philosophical. The first consonants are M and N and then F followed by B, D, and G.
